・Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (difference in color/size, wrong order, etc.)
・If the tracking information label, tag, or accessories at the time of delivery have been removed or are missing ・Products that have been in use for more than 3 days since arrival ・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned Products with odors, stains, or scratches

If the difference in color grade is less than 3 and the diameter of the stain/blemish is less than 2 cm

If the hole is less than 3mm in diameter on the front of the product, less than 1cm in diameter on the back of the product, and less than 5mm in diameter in the pocket

・Frayed threads

・ Minor design differences (buttons, pockets, presence or absence of zippers, differences in number of colors, etc.)

・ Minor marks on the manufacturing method (things that come off with washing)

*As long as the threads on the product are not frayed and the frayed thread does not open a hole, there is no problem with the product itself. Please use scissors to cut frayed parts.

*Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may be delayed.

*The delivery date is only a guideline. Please note that it may change depending on the logistics situation.
*The stated size is basically measured by laying flat, and there may be some errors.
*Overseas products have looser product standards than Japanese products, and the sewing and making may be rough.
* Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the actual product may look different in color, texture, etc.
